The location provided easy access to the city's highlights. The rooftop bar was really good, offering a spacious indoor and outdoor setting along with attentive staff. Unfortunately, the room was quite small, with minimal natural light from the tiny windows, and the front desk service was disappointing, with a lack of willingness to accommodate early check-in despite our early arrival.

The food was good. Location in old town area was great. Room had great patio (with lawn!!) on 7th floor.
Air conditioning in room was very poor, making sleeping difficult. Reception very indifferent during our arrival. Carried our own bags into the hotel...no bellman.

Cutting through the noise
An absolute delight! The spacious room offered amazing views, especially from the terrace. Each morning began with a superb breakfast spread, and the rooftop bar blew me away with its scene. Despite a few hiccups with air conditioning, the friendly staff certainly made up for it. Worth every penny for this lovely experience!

I liked the location, the bar and restaurant, the assistance and recommendations of the front desk staff
Air conditioning in room did not work. Noise outside prevented us from sleeping with open windows.

The staff were friendly, and the
Rooms were spacious and clean. We experienced some noise from the street at night, harder to sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail with small treats left in the room each day.

Beautiful views of the city.
Workers constantly passed by our terrace starting at 7:30 am, leading to a loss of privacy and a noisy environment.

The location was perfect, very helpful staff, beautiful lounge on the terrace overlooking the city, nice breakfast room. The room was large and spacious it had high ceiling and tall windows.
It is a little bit run down, TV did not work, but this was not so important.

Hotel with an amazing view. Excellent location
For a 4 star hotel has a lot of things needs improvement. Cleaning, basic items are missing, especially the bathroom.

Fine rooftop views and friendly service
The staff was helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to start the day. The mattress on the Murphy bed in my room could have been more comfortable.
